Our Pillars inside The Brute Lab :

Environment
Our First Pillar is to ensure a safe environment. As leaders within The Brute Lab, creating a place of safety isn’t just to protect our students from physical harm but to allow us all to relinquish mental and emotional stress. This is our safe place. We can not effectively grow as people while continually battling against our fight or flight reflex. In a place clear of anxiety, negativity and judgement, only then can we begin to settle our mind, focus on the task at hand and grow as people. Here we will allow ourselves get lost in the movement, exercise is medicine.
Educate
Our Second Pillar is to educate. We are the forerunners in educating those in need of preventive medicine. Owning the title “Coach” means we share our gifts as teachers, athletes and supporters. Being open to our students and learning from them just as much as they learn from us.
Conditioning
Our Third Pillar is to condition your mind, body and spirit. Here we want to influence our students to accept what is. We want a forward state of thinking, to create self awareness and understanding. They will become self regulating, fueling their bodies for what is to come, not what has passed. Intuitively know their body, the difference between aches, injury and being hurt. We reinforce the importance of “knowing thy fitness” and lead them to challenge their thoughts to unveil their true physical potential.
Results
Our Fourth Pillar is results. We act as guides for our students so that they have a clear path. We provide understanding in their perception of success, not ours. With that, we are able to discuss feedback openly and can motivate them to achieve what they are seeking.

Brute lab results

  • Adam has second to none knowledge on physical training, the guy dedicates his life to enhancing lives and whatever goal you choose to achieve. When I asked Adam for help, I just started my Ironman triathlon training for the third time. With enthusiasm, commitment and attention to my triathlon programming, I was able to finish Ironman Arizona a hour and half faster than my previous attempt.
