Adam has been a personal trainer and coach since 2009. Growing up he was a multi-sport athlete and would serve in the United States Army. As a former paratrooper, numerous injuries had left him in search of physical nourishment and improvement. Throughout his pursuit, he was introduced to an assortment of systems and training protocols. These numerous systems reinforced the fact that we are all uniquely different and in need of specific prescriptions regarding our own health and wellness. This concept was vital to his personal fulfillment, empowering him to influence others through positive lifestyle choices. It is his purpose to share a passion in gaining an optimal quality of life through health and wellness and further alter the understanding of exercise to be widely accepted as preventative medicine.Adam is an Exercise and Wellness graduate from Arizona State University (BS), a certified NSCA Personal Trainer (CPT), a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Expert, OPEX Journeyman and Level 1 CrossFit Trainer. Adam is forever a student, expanding his knowledge, discovering future endeavors and inviting people to join him in positive growth and inspiration.
Currently a student pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Tyler enjoys learning, teaching, and fixing the human body. From California, Tyler grew up wrestling and running. After high school, he decided to study exercise physiology at Brigham Young University- Idaho, where he graduated with honors. During that time, he met his beautiful wife, Megan. After graduating, Tyler was hired as an adjunct professor, teaching anatomy. He taught until moving down here to Arizona and attends NAU’s DPT program in Phoenix.Tyler is a USAW sports performance coach and specializes in weightlifting and monostructural movements like running and cycling.
Ryan started personal training in 2005, working along side with Extreme Makeover Weight Loss Edition and since then has helped hundreds of people from all walks of life. A student of Nutrition and Lifestyle management, he shares his knowledge to anyone willing to listen. Ryan can be found chatting on his, “search for truth in the human organism”, educating those in need of the healing power of food. While not working tirelessly for his clients, he loves taking on extraordinary challenges. Growing up playing baseball, soccer and various martial arts, his attraction to fitness would only grow. Leading him to riding his bicycle from the coast of Oregon to the coast of Massachusetts in 68 days, Sealfit Kokoro Camp a Navy SEAL inspired training program. “Since I can remember fitness, sports and being healthy has been the staples in my life and I can’t see that changing any time soon.”
