Our lack of habitual physical activity has left us sedentary and ill. With that, our ideals and values must change.
More than anything, The Brute Lab is an experiment to reestablish the culture of hard work. That’s not just a catchy tag line – it’s what we believe… here’s a bit more of our philosophy if you’re so inclined:
Adam Poltrock
Adam has been a personal trainer and coach since 2009. Growing up he was a multi-sport athlete and would serve in the United States Army. As a former paratrooper, numerous injuries had left him in search of physical nourishment and improvement. Throughout his pursuit, he was introduced to an assortment of systems and training protocols. These numerous systems reinforced the fact that we are all uniquely different and in need of specific prescriptions regarding our own health and wellness. This concept was vital to his personal fulfillment, empowering him to influence others through positive lifestyle choices. It is his purpose to share a passion in gaining an optimal quality of life through health and wellness and further alter the understanding of exercise to be widely accepted as preventative medicine. Adam is forever a student, expanding his knowledge, discovering future endeavors and inviting people to join him in positive growth and inspiration.
