I am in my first pregnancy and one of the side effects I’ve experienced has been sciatica. My doctor’s solution was to stop all painful activities. I stopped working out, but even resting hurt. When I started working with Adam I couldn’t take a normal step on my left leg without having excruciating pain. After one 30 minute session he could tell that I had an anteriorly rotated pelvis and my soaz muscle was loose and over-rotating which was pinching my sciatic nerve. As a result all the surrounding muscles were tightening up and overcompensating, but they were supposed to be loosening in order to prepare for birth.<
It’s been 4 weeks since starting with Adam and I’ve been pain free for the past 2. Couldn’t have hoped for a better overall experience. Adam is by far the best trainer with whom I have dealt. He is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, relaxed, positive, and knows how to communicate in terms I can understand. You couldn’t ask for better. I feel strongly that everyone that gives him a try will get the results they want.
