I had been doing crossfit for a year before contacting Adam for training that was specific to my goals. From the first assessment session I was blown away at his knowledge. He tailored a program specifically for me that focused on my weaknesses, helped improve my mobility, and complimented my crossfit regimen perfectly. My lifts went up while losing fat and was able to see my abs for the first time in my life at age 30! Currently I am 32 weeks pregnant and have been working with him throughout my pregnancy while feeling amazing the entire time. Stay tuned for my my comeback! My only regret is I didn’t contact Adam for individualized training sooner.
